We do not read the data you store in the Service (such as your database contents) except where operationally necessary, for example to investigate a fault.

Containers and secrets are processed in Tokyo (AWS). Databases are located in Singapore (Neon), because Neon does not offer a Tokyo region. We do not claim that your data stays within Japan.
Account information is kept for the life of the contract and a reasonable period after cancellation. Databases support point-in-time restore over a limited window, during which deleted data remains recoverable. Access logs are kept as long as needed to investigate faults and abuse.
You may ask us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete your personal data. Contact the address in section 9. We will verify your identity and respond as the law requires.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
