Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-08
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Superzero (the "Service"), operated by Hiroyuki Mashihara (the "Provider"). By using the Service you agree to them.
2. The Service
The Service provisions infrastructure for your application, including databases, container hosting, authentication and mobile push notifications. What is included is described on the Service's website. The Provider may change it on notice.
3. Accounts
- You must register with accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys and sign-in links secure. Except where the Provider acted with intent or gross negligence, the Provider is not liable for use by a third party who obtained them.
- If a key is exposed, revoke it from the console without delay.
4. Fees and payment
- The Service has a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit; it is limited in the number of projects and in the features available, as shown on the Service.
- The Pro plan costs JPY 3,980 per month, tax included (USD 25 where the payment processor bills in US dollars).
- Pro is billed by card through a payment processor. The first charge is taken on the day you register the card, and it renews monthly after that.
- Prices may change. You will be notified on the Service or by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time, from the console or by contacting the address in section 10.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
- The Service is delivered continuously; fees for periods already elapsed are not refunded. This does not apply to periods during which the Provider failed to deliver the Service through its own fault.
- When you cancel Pro, the organization returns to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Projects beyond the Free limit accept no new changes until you choose which to keep; nothing is deleted.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or act against public order
- infringe the rights of others
- place excessive load on, or gain unauthorised access to, the Service's systems
- use the Service to send spam, run phishing, or distribute malware
- resell the Service beyond what the Provider has expressly permitted
7. Suspension
The Provider may suspend the Service without prior notice if you breach section 6 or fail to pay. Where the matter is not urgent, notice will be given where reasonably possible.
8. Your data
- Data you store through the Service remains yours.
- The Provider handles it only as needed to operate the Service.
- The Provider offers point-in-time restore for databases over a limited window. This is not a substitute for your own backups, and you remain responsible for taking them.
- After cancellation, data may be deleted once a reasonable period has passed.
9. Disclaimers and limits
- The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for your particular purpose.
- Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Provider's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the loss arose.
- The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
- These limits do not apply where mandatory law makes them ineffective.
10. Contact
Questions go to support@superzero.dev.
11. Changes
These terms may change. A revised version takes effect when posted on the Service. Changes that materially affect you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
12. Governing law
Japanese law applies. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance.
